Cancel & Return

Uphonecase stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you're happy with your purchase.  We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition. If you want to cancel the order, or your product turns out to be defective (incorrect usage excluded) within 30 days, please contact us and provide us the picture showing the malfunction of the defective item, we will arrange a refund or a replacement for you.

1. Order cancellation requests will be considered. We usually ship out orders within 24 hours. We cannot cancel an order once it has been processing (order status). Once you checked your order status "Processing" in "My Account" page, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.

2. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

3. If you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us with the reason of returnwithin 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable). Please note: the item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging

4. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

4. Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using credit/debit card or bank account, there might be a lead time required by PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) to set up the credit transaction with your bank.
