Refund Policy

# Cancel Order

Cancellation requests will be considered. We usually ship out orders within 24 hours (order status: Shipped). We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped out. Once you checked your order status "Shipped" in "My Account" page, it means your order is already on its way and cannot be changed or canceled.


# Defective/Incorrect Item

If your product turns out to be defective or incorrect on arrival, please kindly take pictures of the defect or error and email us with the reason of return, within 5 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable). If a return is necessary, payment plus shipping cost reimbursement will be issued to you on receipt of return proof. 


# Unsatisfied Item

If you are unsatisfied with the item, please kindly contact us and return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. The full refund will be issued to you on receipt of return proof. Please note: customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. And please make sure the item you send back to us is in the original package and unused.

# Refunds

We will arrange a refund to your original payment account. If the payment was made using credit/debit card or bank account, there might be a lead time required by PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) to set up the credit transaction with your bank.
